Classroom Facilities
Trinity Lutheran Church has a large fellowship hall, which is the main room for the Preschool Program. There is a large play area, where toys, books, puzzles, and arts and crafts stations are laid out for the open play time. Children get to enjoy doing activities by themselves or in groups of their choosing.
There are two adjoining areas to the fellowship hall which are also used by the Preschool. A large area with tables and chairs is where the children will complete art projects and have their snacks. In the second area, the teachers also have the ability to separate the students by age in order to teach age appropriate skills.
The children will go outside everyday, weather permitting. A large, fenced in playground is just in back of the church. There are swings, a climbing structure, slides, a large sandbox, and more. The large off-road parking lot is also a favorite place to play with wheeled toys.
Library
The Church Library, located next to the classroom, is available for use by parents and students. There is a form to fill out and leave, which serves as a library card. The library is organized by colored dots to indicate a suggested age for each item. Once this is done, select a book, tape, game, etc., and write your name on the card.
