Registration and Tuition Information
A one-time non-refundable fee is due at the time of registration. A discount is applied to the September tuition if the registration fee is paid on or before May 1st.
Trinity Lutheran Preschool is operated on funds obtained through tuition charges. Tuition is paid monthly and is non-refundable. A full month's tuition is due each month, unless registration is after the fifteenth of the month. Tuition is due by the fifth of each month, September through May. No tuition is due in June. Tuition is due whether or not your child is in attendance on their registered days.
Changes in a student's schedule can only be made on a permanent basis with the approval of the Head Teacher. A week's prior notice and a newly signed tuition agreement form are necessary before schedule changes can be instituted. A two-week notice is required when withdrawing your child from the program.
We reserve the right to charge a fee of $5.00 for drop-off prior to 8:50am or pickup after 12:10pm. Please notify the staff in advance or as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend any session.
